Delete your account

Open the PickMySale app, tap your initials at the top right, choose Account settings, then Delete account.

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your payout bank account or UPI ID, and the ID number from your application.
• Your profile, saved catalog and notifications.
• For companies, your products are taken off the marketplace.

Orders, payments, commissions and settlements stay on record, without your personal details, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. See our privacy policy. You can sign up again later with the same email.

To make sure nobody loses money, deletion waits until your orders are completed or cancelled, your wallet is withdrawn, and any payout or settlement has been paid. The steps above tell you exactly what is left.

Email info@pickmysale.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.
